Breakfast Clubs and Afternoon Buddies

We are pleased to be able to meet the needs of all parents/carers by offering our own in-house wraparound childcare provision.

A fantastic feature of our Breakfast Club and Bishopton Buddies is that children will know the very experienced staff that run the wraparound childcare provision, this helps the children to settle and relax in a familiar setting. 

We provide tasty food and drink at our Breakfast club and the later evening sessions, this is important for your child's wellbeing.  

Arbor Parent App is the system used to book your child's place on the Breakfast Clubs or Buddies.

What do you offer for before and after school?

We have three different wraparound provision options: 

Breakfast Club (Full session):

This full Breakfast Club option is available from 07:30-08:40 and the children have a light breakfast (this includes a choice of cereal, fruit, yoghurt and a drink). The daily cost is £5.00.

Breakfast Club (Shorter session):

This shorter Breakfast Club option is available from 08:25-08:40. This session is made available to keep the daily costs low at £2.50.

Afternoon Buddies:

This childcare option is available from 15:15-17:30 with the session split into three different pricing options (see below for costings).

Breakfast Club

07:30 - 08:40 (£5.00)

Buddies - First hour

15:15 - 16:15 (£4.00)

Buddies - Top-up session, in addition to the cost of the first hour (£4.00)

16:15- 16:45 (£2.00) e.g 15:15 - 16:45 = £6.00

Buddies - Top-up session (following a child's club attendance)

16:15 - 17:30 (£5.50)

Buddies - Full session 

15:15 - 17:30 (£9.50)

 Notes

Late collection: There will be a charge of £5 for every 5 minutes. This charge is to cover the costs of staff remaining beyond their normal working hours and is not a penalty cost. We will be considerate of emergency events.

Cancellation: If notification of an absence does not meet the full working 5 days required it will be necessary to still make the charge due to the staff cover needed.
