 Clubs

All of our enrichment clubs run from 15:15 to 16:15.

Each club costs £3.25 per session and parents/carers are able to book and pay for your child's clubs on your Arbor Parent App. 

All sports clubs take place outside in our lovely school grounds and as such we recommend the children wear appropriate clothing/footwear for the weather.

Enrichment Clubs are paid in advance per half-term e.g. a 6-week half-term costs £19.50. 

Unfortunately, as the enrichment clubs are not childcare, we are unable to accept government tax-free vouchers for these activities.

Durham Music Service Lessons

A number of our children also have violin lessons with Durham Music Service (Miss Brookes). This is within the school teaching day.

Your child can learn to play an instrument in their very own band with no experience necessary! Guided by inspirational musicians, children learn songs they love in a fun and supportive in-school group setting.
Lessons at Bishopton Redmarshall CofE Primary School, Bishopton happen on Tuesdays. The regular monthly cost is £44.68.

2025/2026

Class 4 enjoyed a residential at PGL Newby Wiske Hall - September 2025.

Class 4 thought their STEM event at Hopetown, Darlington was fantastic - October 2025.

All school had a brilliant ROCK STEADY music session - November 2025.

All school were amazing artists for the day with a Christmas FUN ART Day with Liz Million - December 2025. 

Oh no they did ... All school loved their Christmas Pantomime - December 2025. 

UV Dodgeball Festival - March 2026.

Class 3 are looking forward to their visit to The Oriental Museum in June 2026. 
 

2024/2025

Class 4 received a mobile planetarium visit from Space Explorers (Life Centre) - September 2024.

Class 4 visited the Life Centre in October 2024.

Class 3 visited Clip 'n' Climb in October 2024 for their Mountains topic. 

All the children enjoyed having Zoo Lab visit school in October 2024. 

All the children really enjoyed a pantomime on the last day of term.

Class 4 enjoyed an online session with a scientist for their Space Explorers (Life Centre) exploration - January 2025.

Class 4 visited Robinwood in September 2023

Class 4 visited Silksworth Sports Complex to have skiing lessons in June 2024

Year 6 students celebrated their time in primary school at Durham Cathedral in June 2024
