Mindfulness Colouring
If you're spending more time indoors due to the weather, then have a go at some mindfulness colouring. We have done this before in school and some of you had a go just before half-term. You should focus on the colours you are using and keeping within the lines as best as you can. Hopefully you will feel relaxed as you take your time completing them. Try this cupcake colouring. Use your favourite colours and have fun!

Here is a video showing how to make a terrarium. A terrarium is like an aquarium, but for plants. The idea is that you can keep plants inside but don't need to water it every day, only once when you first make it. If properly sealed, the warming-up and cooling-down of the moisture inside will create it's own water cycle! The video will show you how to make one and explain it in more detail. Have fun!
